The 'Ross Eldred Rule' (pursuant to the unfortunate incidents on March 13, 2002 and March 29, 2004):
Participants will be limited to three (3) total guesses per question, regardless of when those guesses are submitted.
The Final Question of the DayRetroactive to September 1, 2004, the 'Question of the Day' is disbanded. The predominant reason for the the abandonment is the lack of time necessary to post additional questions each day. Thank you to everyone who has played the 'Question of the Day' for the last 2 years and 10 months, as this game has entertained at least 65 people during its run, and has generated interest from individuals around the country. Prior questions will remain online, and there remains one unanswered question which has drawn approximately 10 incorrect answers.
